Something that drives us to run a successful business is that it gives us the ability to share our skills. Since 2006, our team has spent countless hours volunteering for charity Rafiki Surgical Missions, and more recently, Save the Children Australia.

We believe companies, large or small, from all types of industries, have something to offer. Our team is dedicated to our chosen causes and gets a lot out of it personally and professionally in return.

Barry is an ambassador for Save the Children Australia, and with Sarah and Julia, makes up the media committee for Rafiki.

Our involvement with Rafiki and SCA has taken our team to Africa and remote parts of Australia to work in some very challenging environments.

This has helped us develop a sensitivity that often translates to our clients' projects, and while we don't specialise in a particular industry, we are increasingly working with not-for-profits and community-based organisations. It has also helped us develop particular expertise working throughout Africa.

For us it's not always the job with the biggest budget that is the most rewarding.
